In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Delivery Timeframes
Same‑Day Delivery: Available for most fresh‑flower arrangements and select products when orders are placed before our daily cutoff time.
Next‑Day Delivery: Applies to certain items such as paper goods or specialty products.
All deliveries are made during regular business hours unless otherwise arranged.
Delivery Conditions
Delivery times may be affected by weather, holiday volume, or product availability.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location or attempt a redelivery depending on the situation.
For hotel setups, events, or special‑occasion décor, coordination with the venue may be required to ensure smooth access and setup.
Please provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
